I don't know. I know it has to be really, really bad before it gets better so if it sucks swineballs, maybe that just means you're supposed to be there and you can take something away from it. Seeking counseling is not an admission of weakness, it is a gigantic show of strength. <br /><br />With V, we have been to multiple counselors before finding a good personality fit. If you don't like the counselor, it won't help at all, but this one said she/we would know after 3 visits if it was a good fit or not. So you just had the 3rd visit? Was it the charm?<br /><br />I'm proud of you for going - I can't imagine how hard it is, but it's got to be easier than living the entire rest of your life in the "real world," right? Chin up!
